HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Stonegate Meridian Hospitality Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
