HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Clearpath Quarry Arts Center is an arts centre in Providence with a full calendar of events. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
