HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Rivermark Pike Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Savannah region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
