HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Redstone Linden Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Baltimore, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
