HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Northwind Forge Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Tulsa area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
