HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Harborlight Sable Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Las Vegas, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
