HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Lumen River Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
