HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Greenridge Cobalt Community Partners Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
