HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Ironwood Lantern Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Chicago. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
