HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Fern Environmental Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
