HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Stonegate Linden Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
