HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Fernwood Cedar Health is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
