HR Business Partner - employee relations (Raleigh, NC)

Bluepeak Vale Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 993 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
