HR Business Partner - employee relations (Raleigh, NC)

Nova Loom Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 926 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
