HR Business Partner - employee relations (Raleigh, NC)

Westbrook Haven Construction is a Raleigh contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
