HR Business Partner - employee relations (Raleigh, NC)

Foxglove Forge Farms is an agricultural business based around Raleigh. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
