HR Business Partner - employee relations (Raleigh, NC)

Amberfield River Community Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
