HR Business Partner - employee relations (Raleigh, NC)

Nova Vale Financial Group is a financial-services company in Raleigh, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on payment disputes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
