HR Business Partner - employee relations (Raleigh, NC)

Bluepeak Sable Press Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
