HR Business Partner - employee relations (Providence, RI)

Stonegate Ridge Insurance is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
