HR Business Partner - employee relations (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood West Banking Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
