HR Business Partner - employee relations (Portland, OR)

Foxglove Kestrel Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Portland, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
