HR Business Partner - employee relations (Portland, OR)

Bright Yarrow Legal Group is a law firm in Portland serving businesses and individuals, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
