HR Business Partner - employee relations (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Redstone Drift Health and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
