HR Business Partner - employee relations (Portland, OR)

Nova Oak Civic Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
