HR Business Partner - employee relations (Portland, OR)

Greenridge Glen Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Portland. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 555 people based in Portland. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
