HR Business Partner - employee relations (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Silverline Field Financial Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
