HR Business Partner - employee relations (Portland, OR)

Harborlight Meadow Manufacturing Partners is a Portland manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
