HR Business Partner - employee relations (Portland, OR)

Ironwood Meadow Property Management looks after rental homes across the Portland area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
