HR Business Partner - employee relations (Portland, OR)

Redstone Vale Property Management Group is a Portland property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 570 people based in Portland. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
