HR Business Partner - employee relations (Portland, OR)

Stonegate Fox Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in Portland. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
