HR Business Partner - employee relations (Portland, OR)

Highbridge Wilder Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
