HR Business Partner - employee relations (Portland, OR)

Westbrook Union Hospitality Partners is a hospitality company in Portland with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 726 people based in Portland. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
