HR Business Partner - employee relations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Fernwood Summit Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Pittsburgh producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
