HR Business Partner - employee relations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Redstone Basin Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
