HR Business Partner - employee relations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Redstone Ivory Facilities Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 240 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
