HR Business Partner - employee relations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Northwind Juniper Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Pittsburgh. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
