HR Business Partner - employee relations (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Kestrel Financial and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
