HR Business Partner - employee relations (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Lantern Property Management Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
