HR Business Partner - employee relations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Bluepeak Bright Markets Group is a Pittsburgh retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 380 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
