HR Business Partner - employee relations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Stonegate Pine Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
