HR Business Partner - employee relations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Stonegate Sable Community Partners is a nonprofit in Pittsburgh supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
