HR Business Partner - employee relations (Phoenix, AZ)

Cedar Thistle Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Phoenix, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
