HR Business Partner - employee relations (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Granite Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Phoenix plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
