HR Business Partner - employee relations (Phoenix, AZ)

Northwind Bright Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Phoenix plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
