HR Business Partner - employee relations (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Lumen Hollow Freight and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
