HR Business Partner - employee relations (Phoenix, AZ)

Cedar Mill Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
