HR Business Partner - employee relations (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath River Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
