HR Business Partner - employee relations (Phoenix, AZ)

Lumen Vista Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Phoenix, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
