HR Business Partner - employee relations (Phoenix, AZ)

Cedar Forge Health Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
